In this session, the Project Liberty Institute and the Global Solutions Initiative launch the Global Toolkit for Catalyzing Digital Infrastructure Solutions for Data Agency, which was developed through multistakeholder consultations in Paris; Washington D.C.; and Waterloo, Canada. 

The session will delve into how governments can catalyze digital infrastructure solutions that enhance data agency and foster a fair data economy. Drawing from the Toolkit, the discussion will explore best practices for creating equitable digital ecosystems. The session will highlight insights from initiatives such as mapping existing efforts and engaging multistakeholder perspectives. It aims to benefit governments, civil society, and digital infrastructure service providers.
