Accreditation opens approximately 45 minutes before the program begins.

Participation on-site is reserved for invited guests only. Each invitation includes a personal promo code required during registration.

Speaking roles are arranged directly by the Global Solutions Initiative team. No additional speaking applications can be accommodated.
IS DIGITAL PARTICIPATION AVAILABLE?
No livestream, recordings, or digital participation options will be offered.

ON-SITE INFORMATION
WHERE IS THE VENUE LOCATED?
AXICA Berlin is located at Pariser Platz 3, directly next to the Brandenburg Gate, and is easily accessible by public transport.
IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
No on-site parking is available. Paid parking garages are located nearby.
IS THE VENUE ACCESSIBLE?
All areas of AXICA Berlin are fully accessible. Please contact our team on-site or in advance if you require assistance.
BAG POLICY
Small bags and backpacks are permitted. Larger luggage can be stored free of charge in the cloakroom.
SECURITY AND BADGES
All participants must wear their summit badge at all times and may be asked to present identification.
CATERING
Food and refreshments are provided on both summit days. An evening reception will take place on June 1.
PROGRAM TRACKS
The summit includes multiple formats:
- Forum: High-level discussions on global solutions
- Dialogues: Interactive exchange between speakers and participants
- Closed Sessions: Invitation-only expert discussions
No separate registration for sessions is required. Seating is first come, first served.
